Access to this information is provided to employees of Bitexbit whose office may also be outside of the European Union but who adhere to the same principles of data security and processes as those within the European Union.
Your payment method information that you may use to effect or receive payments from Bitexbit may be passed on to a third-party payment processor(s) which is/are based in the EU and with which Bitexbit has a contractual agreement to safeguard your rights.
In addition, security measures may include:
the pseudonymisation and encryption of personal information;
the ability to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services;
the ability to restore the availability and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident;

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING INFORMATION
Right to withdraw consent.
You can withdraw your consent for the collection and processing of your personal data by Bitexbit at any time by contacting us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. After we at Bitexbit receive such withdrawal request from you, we will process it in a timely manner and we will no longer process your personal data, unless otherwise is set by law.
Right of access to your personal information.
You have a right to request that we provide you a copy of your personal information held by us. You may also ask for the clarifications on the personal information, i.e., purpose of collecting and processing, third parties which have access to information.
Right to data portability.
You may request to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You may also ask us to transfer your personal information directly to another controller, where technically feasible, unless exercise of this right adversely affects the rights and freedoms of others.
Right to rectify your personal information.
This means you may request us to rectify or update any of your personal information that is inaccurate. You can also complete the personal information if you feel there is a need to do so.
Right to erasure.
You may request us to erase your personal information if its processing is no longer necessary to achieve purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, as well as if there are no legal grounds for the processing. For this purpose, you can contact us at Customer Support. In most cases, Bitexbit will erase it unless otherwise required by legislation.
Right to restriction of the processing
It means that in some cases, prescribed by law, you may restrict the way of processing your personal information. For example, if you contest the accuracy of your personal data being processed or in case Bitexbit is not interested in the processing of your personal data any longer, but you want Bitexbit to do this on different reasons (to exercise or defence of legal claims) and, instead of the erasure of information, its processing will be just restricted.

We are committed to responding to any user within a reasonable time. Please note that we may take steps to verify your identity before complying with the request, to protect your privacy and security.
TIME FOR REPLY AND REACTION
Bitexbit will provide information on action taken on your request related to your rights specified above within one month of receipt of the request for the longest. That period may be extended by two further months if Bitexbit is overwhelmed by the number of requests or the request at issue is complicated and requires a lot of action. Bitexbit will inform you of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons of such delay.
If you have doubts as to our reply or reaction, or absence of such, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority that is empowered to process such complaints in your country.
