    Your information is held within our servers located within the European Union. Access to this information is provided to employees of Bitexbit whose office may also be outside of the European Union but who adhere to the same principles of data security and processes as those within the European Union.

    Your payment method information that you may use to effect or receive payments from Bitexbit may be passed on to a third-party payment processor(s) which is/are based in the EU and with which Bitexbit has a contractual agreement to safeguard your rights.

    We will hold your personal information only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and our own legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering legal obligations. That is why, we will retain some personal information for a period of five years after our User closes his or her Account, terminates legal relationships with us or conducts his or her last Transaction.

  7. TIME FOR REPLY AND REACTION

    Bitexbit will provide information on action taken on your request related to your rights specified above within one month of receipt of the request for the longest. That period may be extended by two further months if Bitexbit is overwhelmed by the number of requests or the request at issue is complicated and requires a lot of action. Bitexbit will inform you of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons of such delay.

    If you have doubts as to our reply or reaction, or absence of such, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority that is empowered to process such complaints in your country.

Bitexbit has no control over them. Use of any third-party product or service is subject to its terms of service and privacy policy or other legal documentation.

    In no event shall any reference to any third-party product or service be construed as an approval or endorsement by Bitexbit of that third party or of any product or service provided by a third party. A recommendation to use any third-party product or service does not imply that we endorse or accept any responsibility for the content or use of such product or service as well as will not be a party to or in any way monitor any transaction involving any third-party providers of products or services.
